World of Warcraft(which I don't play but know far too many people who do), for example, is focused on clan actions, raids, interacting with others, etc. Each person in a guild has a purpose, be they a tank, attacker, or healer.Now yes, the RP aspect may be a bit weak, but at least it's not as unbalanced as you say.

Originally posted by Leon_1990OK, as I said, I don't see the difference.what you spoke of is a human flaw, being dragged into things, its not an MMORPG's fault if a human wishes to aspire in it. And yes, I do agree that it can get very boring, but alas, the same can be said on offline games, people usually try to get everything in thier favourite game, and yes, it will eventually get boring as an MMORPG does.

Yes, some you need to pay to play, but thats your choice to play them or not, other ones (free ones) can often be very enjoyable...heck, even better when one of your friends, or someone else from charas past or present plays too.And btw, Almeidaboo, FFXI has a storyline aswell ^^;

I play a copnsole RPG to see the boy kiss the girl in the end. MMO's do not have that.Thatīs a metaphore for "ending", "point", "objective", "storyline".
