Is there a way to make it to where you party snakes behind the leader in RM2k3

Aye, it's called a Cartepillar system if I'm correct... Use the search function and I'm pretty sure you'll find a topic or two about it.

Can't remember how to do it though.

Are you using rm2k/3 or rmxp? If you're using rmxp, it'll be really easy to add since you just need to add a script. If you're using rm2k/3, then it'll be a bit harder as you'll have to custom program events on every map that you want people to follow you on.
