Help with Importer

Ok, i think i have the same ol' same ol' problem like everybody else, In my game i cant get the background of the character to be invisible, I tried copying the almost finished charset from the clipboard to the importer so i could make the background invisible, but it just comes up with the error message "Can't Import from clipboard", Also when i try Exporting a character back onto the clipboard, It doesnt work, someone please help me

Wha? Import in RPG Maker, via the RAW Database Importer.

It just wants you to actually have the file on your computer, which I think is a reasonable demand.
