can anyone help me make this dudes hair longer sort of like TIdus from ffx but do not remove his spikes also can some one add a red cape on him.

It's a sucky RTP edit, (well, not a bad edit) But still, the only RTP I don't like is the BattleCharas. Go Spritesized and customize your own! ^^
