HAY! Y U FAIL SO BAD?!
To me, 'blur more' and 'crop' doesn't count as creative. Sorry.

Oh maybe I should elaborate then.

The original picture was taken with a regular point and shoot, without the makeup, and a bright, cheesy flash. It's not just crop and blur and add text. It was photograph, touch up, change eyes, change hair colour, modify features for ultimate doll...ness... add freckles, blush etc.

My unmodified pictures are in the picture thread if you want to see what I really look like- cause it ain't like this.

For one thing I'm asian and have brown eyes, brown hair and a skin tone that doesn't resemble the living dead.

Let me get the original pic hold on it's on my other computer.

And seriously the photography itself is art :P even if I did just crop it  it doesn't suddenly de-art it.

What did you do to it exactly? The brightening seems like a gradient fill.

Ok after looking it's a really ultra crappy picture of me. But here's the eye so you can see how different it is.

To get that oh so nice night of the living doll skin tone, I duplicated the layer of skin and desaturated. Image>adjust>variations and then tweaked it from there and played with the levels as well as screening etc. Since you couldn't see my real freckles in the picture I took some from another picture and put them in (they were cropped out of the final banner though). The blush was just a colour sample taken from the lips and then put on at a low opacity.

The result (and actually the original picture due to the weird angle) looks nothing like me (as you can tell if you compare to other pictures or if you know me in real life) but I think that's the coolest part. I can turn myself into Samara lol.
