RMXP Edit?

I noticed we've got many talented graphic artists and editors here, unfortunately, I am not one of them.  :p could somebody please help me turn this character [yes its Ryu from BOF], into an RMXP style character same clothes and hair..Or does anybody know where I can FIND a Ryu for RMXP?...Just in the style of RPG Maker XP. I know not too many people use RMXP here but hopefully more than I think. Thanks in advance, and credit will definately be given.

I didn't "watch" the thread, I haven't been on until last nite, makes things go by faster but when I did login there were 55 views and 0 replies, thats why its sad, I got the characterset done in less than an hour but it looks like total sh*t, haha so I was just seeing if anyone had anybetter ideas than mine. My character's hair turned out to be way to short on the front view and to long on the left and right views, its too short in the back and I don't know how to fix it so, ah well. hehe, oh and, thanks for the reply.

that's good. add the pony tail, and make the pants look baggy...er

Spike up the front view hair a bit more.  exaggerate it.
