Can anyone edit this face please?

I need two things done to the guy with the black hair. (Unfortunately, I can't do those two things).
1. remove that thing in his hair.
2. change his black hair to the same/similar blond colour to the guy next to him.

If its not too much to ask, can anyone do those things for me, pretty please?Honestly, I tried to do them myself but I just ended up with a complete mess. I stink at editing faces. Um, thanks.
