NEED HELP PLZ!!!

Hi I need some tutorials for rm2k3. Maybe some coding messages or making better maps. One thing too is how do I rip stuff off of games. I see alot of people saying they ripped chipsets off of games ad I wanted to know how is it possiible?
I really want to know plz. And i am new to rm2k3 so maybe tutorials might be good for me too seeing that my first game didnt turn out so good. Alot of people didnt like it so........................................................................................................
Anyways tutorials on rm2k3 plz and maybe a rippig tutorial.

 Search the "tutorial"section of this forum and you'll find pretty much everything you'll need.

And for ripping, use your screenshot button "Prt Sc Sys Rq" right next to F12 to take a screenshot or use an emulator and assign a button to quick screeny.

But you gotta know how to put sprites into templates in order to actually have a use of the ripped resource.
