Your pictures seem to me like they are, dirty.

Critiqing time!!!!! Lets see, the second one's pose looks very unnatural, maybe because the shoes are in the same direction. On hs face his eyes seem to far apart, you should see about half of an eye from this view. His jaw seems to be flat for too long, as in it doesn't look like it curves up. Although I've got to say, you're proportions are pretty good, but his lower arms seem to be shortened to much. Okay, I'm done now. Those are the only major things that I can see wrong with it, pretty nice overall.
