Not really, the legs  and feet are kinda, twisted is the best word, in the wrong direction. I'm not saying it's a bad drawing.

Dude, cool

2 things I notice though, the inside of the wings feathers don't really look like feathers, 'less it was suppossed to be fleshy, in which case those lines look really odd O_o That smile just seems really out of place, if it's a smirk it usually looks more like a vertical line instead of like the smile on this guy -> :)  (Wow, that smilie came in handy).

What!? Okay, I know what it is. For the way his head is tilted, the hairline is too high so it just looks like he's missin' a nose. Maybe a small line for a mouth near the very bottom of his chin and some shadow along his nose would make it look like his head's hanging down, which I assume it is.
