I need anyone who can help me with a CMS im not asking anyone to MAKE it for me and im not asking any ONE person to do it either i would just like some help...even verbaly on how to do certain parts....ive made a basic layout and i just need with help with how i can go about using it and so on....PLEASE help me...i will be in great debt to any who help!......my layout is attached

I changed the menu and shrunk it down instead cuz it was too big b4

first thing u do is make a panorama background of the menu frame, make a new map and put it as the background
