This is a trick to forget a bad day or something like that:
First get a hammer, a heat-resistant ballista, a forge, tongs, a sword, heat-resistant gloves, some water and an assistant.

 1.)  Let the assistant aim the ballista on you.

 2.)  Heat the hammer and the sword in the forge.

 3. a.)  Now, use the  a.)  steps if you just had 1 bad day or a week.
 
 4. a.)  Cool the sword with the tongs in the water.

 5. a.)  Load the ballista with the hammer and tell the assistant to shoot.

 6. a.)  Let the assistant to clean his nails with the sword. Let him drink the water. After at least 3 years of coma, you have forgotten everything and you have a new tattoo on your body!

 3. b.)  Now, use the  b.)  steps if your whole life was miserable.

 4. b.)  Don't cool the hammer and let the assistant to take it with the gloves.

 5. b.)  Load the ballista with the sword and tell the assistant to shoot.

 6. b.)  Let the assistant to bash the sword deeper into you with the hammer. Let him jump at you, bash you directly into the head and throw the hammer on you. When you wake up near a white tunnel, you will still remember all those things, but you won't care about them anyway.

It's simple... simple... and, errr. simple!
