If you have trouble finding a character set in the Complete resource section, You still must not ask for it here, Please make sure that what you are looking for is not there. If you still have not found it, you may request it here.

That rule always was different for shop threads. If he posts in a thread someone made for doing requests, hes free to do so. Its making his own topics whic are a no-no. Stop backseat modding if you're not familiar with the way the rules work.

I mean, they most likely won't do your request if you're a newb, and most people will just get annoyed. It doesn't mean that you CAN'T do it. You just SHOULDN'T.
