How do you know it was for xp? Sure it looks like it could be a battle sprite for xp, but who knows? He could be importing it as a picture on 2k/3.

Indeed. Characater set's, chip set's and all of that other stuff is pretty distinguishable. But the "battle set's" could be used as a face graphic for RM2k/3, or just a picture.

It isn't. BlackIceAdept thought it was for an rmxp battlechar, but nothing was specified, it was just a recolor. So really, it wasn't against the rules.
