Well, I'm sure that'll look real good in court when they whip out the evedence and show a big ol' bottle of blood to the judge.

Well I am sorry for you, but lets see here: Your friend told you he was gonna steal stuff, you knew, you still hung around with him, then you had the bag in your possetion. It other words, you were an accesory to theft. Next time just stay away from friends that will land you in jail.

Anyway, I hope everything turns out well for you.

Alright, let me get this straight:
A friend of yours were going to snatch some stuffs,
You wait outside with the other friend AND you're holding his bag (or something) that contained another stolen goods. he gets caught trying to sneak out with the item. the police arrests the three of you...

where in this conclution are you NOT guilty?
Nowhere, you basicly helped him stealing stuffs by: not telling him not to do it, holding stolen goods and witness the crime and not report it to the police... and you call that friendship? Friends do help eachother, yes. but not help them become criminals... AND you made it worse for yourself aswell...
If he is considered a friend, you should help him to understand that crime is not cool and it shouldn't go unpunished...
If you ask me, you have the wrong kind of friends, If you don't like getting caught by the cops, then don't play with the wrong kids...

do you want to be on the wrong side of the law?

I don't see how the bottle is connected to the shoplifting. Are they going to assume you killed someone and, for some reason, kept the guy's blood? o_0

Yo! FFL2 has a point there! but how stupid are you to keep a bottle of blood in a bag containing stolen goods (or from now on: evidance)

I was only carrying his stuff because he might not have been able to get it, and I was going to give it to him in school.

Yeah... thats really not smart to carry around stolen goods even if you didn't steal them, of course you'll get in trouble.

I was in an exact situation as you, because, when I went to high school, there's this K-Mart across the street. Everybody that went to that high school stole something from that K-Mart because there was like two cameras in the entire store.

I know a guy who walked out with an X-Box in his trench coat.

But anyways, there was this one guy, he had a shopping cart full of stuff, some bags, big items. As soon as he was done checking out, he says he wants to check out a couple of things. I said okay. So, I take a look at some other things while he looks around too. So, when we're ready to leave, the alarm goes off as we're walking out. I noticed in his cart, he had like 25 CD's stashed in there.

The cops were there too, they thought I was helping him but I wasn't even with him when I did it. They checked security cameras and confirmed it later.

But, it sucks when you're in that kind of situation. I had no idea he was going to do that either.
