I think this is the right forum because it's sort of like a "something about the previous poster" game, but with awards. I'm sure you get the idea, but I'll post an example anyway.

Ex: If Bluhman still had his old avatar - Weirdest avatar award.

And yes, the award you give can be good or bad. Now, let the awards be given!
