Thanks for the comments, guys! I may just use Chippin' Away for something sometime...

Not really an update, but I wanted to comment that I finally submitted something to vgmusic. It's Mission 4 from Double Dragon on the NES. I always loved that song and no one ever sequenced it for vgmusic. If, you want to hear it, here it is - http://www.vgmusic.com/new-files/dd_mission4.mid (Copy and paste into address bar)

I imagine it will be in the new files section for a while.

I'm aware. It's meant to copy and paste. Guess I should have said that. Edit'd.

Just because it took forever to do this, I figured I might as well post it. I was trying to recreate instruments from Castlevania 3 and use them to rewrite later Castlevania songs. I figured the easiest song to use for recreation was the clock tower, so I also figured I'd rewrite a later rewrite of the clock tower (machine tower from Circle of the Moon) in NES form.

That might not make any sense. I'll just post the stuff.

Castlevania 3 Clock Tower (My reference) - http://www.box.net/shared/tjfxu4pogg

MIDI of CotM Machine Tower (What I reproduced as NES. Sounds a lot like the real thing. A good reference.) - http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/nintendo/gba/(clockt).mid

Castlevania CotM Machine Tower (My attempt to create a CV3 sound to a future CV song) - http://www.box.net/shared/0c3r3oo00o

Took a while so I hope someone thinks it sounds good. Actually I'd be happy if you know what I'm talking about. :p

I'm pretty bored, so I figure I'll post something.

I guess I was thinking something between Megaman and Gradius. :p

Wow your style is really unique and hard to learn. I'll start listening to your midis A LOT to see if I can absorb something. Keep on the good job
