I think all that that map needs is a panorama in the background. Not too much can be done to make the map better especially if its underground that far.

I think if I found a hidden dungeon, the only things there would be skeletons, oo that's a good idea, put skeleton charsets on the ground to make it look like other ppl have found the monster and been defeated.

en.... wouldn't the dead bodies be like... swept off the pillar?

Also, if you give me that chip set that you used for the battle, I can edit it to make it more detailed. I know you want to stick with RTP style, so detail will be hard to come by at that.

Well I just downloaded a better chipset, but here is the one I was using. Ohand this is from RMXP... Just so you know.

Edit: I like the idea of skeletons in the area. However, They would be floating around and such.. Not on the platform with the boss.

His attacks still work, however he now has 60 hp, his attacks hit no matter how hard you try to cheat unless you're holding ctrl... And his attackskill you in one hit no questions asked..(999 dmg)

That's the only way it would work... I have tried all of the other ways for his attacks and those didn't work because if you were moving when he was attacking you wouldn't get hurt. If I set the damage events to same level as hero they would get stuck. Not to mention he is a secret  boss which means he is supposed to be hard. Plus his attacks are easy enough to dodge... Even someone with half a brain would be able to dodge them... Believe me, if I could have made it so you could survive a hit, I would.

.... you mean it took you seven hours to code him and you didn't even put in a debugger for if you are moving when he attacks you? Here's how it's done:

You have him set to attack here:

XXXXXX
XXXXXX
XXZXXX
XXXXXX
XXXXXX

But, to debug it in the event that you move out of the way, it should look like this:

XXXXXX
XXXXXX
XZZXXX
XXXXXX
XXXXXX

Now, for the Z on the far left, that would be there if the hand was coming from the left in a sweap. If the character moves from the right Z to the left Z while the hand is sweaping, then you won't get hurt with your current coding, but all you need to do is set it to hit that square too. The catch is it will only hurt you on that square if you're facing left, because you would have to be facing left if you walked and caused the cliche. Get it?

Plus, if you think about it, If a giant, skeletal hand about the size of a car came hurdling at you, chances are you wouldn't survive.

I concur. Plus, I like the pressure you're under with that kind of a fight. It helps add to the sense of danger... esque?
Oh, btw, try and make his crown thingy a bit darker in color and mebe a little decrepit looking. That would look cooler.

And I believe your sig translates to a Neon Genesis Evangelion DVD Collection, DarkFlood. Weird, isn't it?

Dear God, I don't care if you want it to be a one-hit-KO or not, but that is the DUMBEST thing I've heard anyone say on here. That's like saying "my game's not going to have magic, because in real life there is no magic" or "I'm not going to have a living, thinking, monster thing that doesn't have connected hands or head in my game because that's totally impossible." Seriously, dumbest thing I've ever heard, and I've listened to Republican speechs for crying out loud!
