Need a certain tool

I've heard of a tool for RPG Maker 2k/3 that randomly generates names for items, spells, heroes, game titles, and some other stuff. Has anyone heard of that tool, and if so, can you give me a link to it?

Don't use it. All it does is put random letters together, often creating an unpronouncable word.
