Right after the Exile, It said the file "dawn1" was missing. Is this a panorama or something?  I really wanted to continue this. I have a different RTP so I had to change a lot of the graphics to play this.

I'll give a review when I finish it.

RTP Panorama indeed.

I like your use of pokemon graphics for that monster (Regirock)

Well, that was a quick sighting. I used it because that was the only golem sprite with 2 different frames I could find and didn't look too cartoony for it's own good (Like a golem from some obscure platformer or something.)

Playing through it now. Saved it before the cave and tochmecho. I will continue tomorrow. Since I've played this far before in the other demo, nothing new to say. Except that you may want to go back and touch up on a few things. such as grammar, and the way your maps transition, kinda weird at times.

Still good so far.

Could you just be a tad bit more specific...!?

uhhh.... lol
okay

For grammar: sometimes you spelled want as wan't. Kinda odd, and I can't remember other things... but I'm sure there were a few. Nothing really mind numbing like "OMG, It's Teh Bloodmnoo~!:`1". So that's good.
For Map Transitions: Such as in Mixan, leaving the town. The teleport event is just kinda, there. Same with the mountain and a few other places. Hard to explain what I mean.

Sorry for the lack of specifics. But I'll see it when I play it again tomorrow or something.

I haven't quite finished the new part yet, so I'll comment on that later.

However, I had also started a new save to see the changes you made, but I ran into a problem. Upon entering the mountains, I got no chance to go back to Daeltoth to rest and save, and previously I wasn't able to leave. So I checked if you'd changed it, which you did, but I once I reentered Daeltoth, I couldn't leave. :( There were no events to teleport me out of town.

I'll let you know about the rest when I'm done.

EDIT: Ok I beat the Stone Men, but then fell down a pit in the next part and had to start all the way back at the inn, which kind of turned me off to playing it again for a while. I think it's kind of frustrating not to have a savepoint there after going through that whole thing. Just a suggestion. :| Other than that I'm still really enjoying this. It's nice to see big maps that are mapped well and have so many places to explore. I also like some of your comical lines that are just thrown in there even in serious situations, especially the ones from the enemies. I also like the way you made Rinel optional. Of course I ended up getting him, being a rulebreaker and all. ;)

Yeah, right after the release I added in two savepoints; one before the stonemen, and another before the final boss in the demo. Of course, you can go all the way back to the Inn in town and save there.

As for the Highlands problem... I don't know!

EDIT: I'm also extremely glad to hear that the stonemen are beatable.

I mean, where Bluhman placed the Teleport events. Nothing to do with the transitions.

Agreed. If doesn't look like you can leave a map from a certain spot, you should put something there to block you like a cliff or something.

I haven't finished the game. You use too much RTP. I have a different version than you so I have to convert battle animations, chipsets, and charasets myself. I'll review it. Not very in-depth or anything.

I'll review it like this. I'll have 5 parts, story, graphics, sound, music, and gameplay. They'll go out of 10. Then I'll just average them together.

Story: I like the concept of the storyline, and I woudld like to see where it would go. I didn't really like the main character, but that won't change the score. Though, there were some parts that just seemed wierd like the slime epidemic only affecting one house.I also didn't like the dialogue. It was borderline between modern talk, and proper english. There were some grammar problems too. One good thing though, It was REALLY, REALLY FUNNY. (8/10)

Graphics: I'll be nice here. I don't like Mac & Blue personally, and I see it and a lot of the graphics you used in other games. Still, your game had perfect consistency. The maps were really empty. Some parts hurt my eyes. The mapping could have been much better. However, the battle graphics for the specials were very well done. They inspired me to work on my graphics more. (8.5/10)

Music: The music fit each scene well. Nothing special or memorable, but it did it's job. (8/10)

Sound: This is a low point. You used a lot of original sound effects which is good, but most of them were annoying. The sound effects for the weapons were impressive and dead on, but the magic sound effects and the sounds for the fat guy hurt my ears. This happened with and without headphones. Also, there wasn't really any sound out of battle. I think you only had wind for the mountain and that was it.(5.5/10)

Gameplay: Standard. I haven't gone far enough to reach any minigames or puzzles. The battle system wasn't anything done before. I'll leave this section blank for now. (N/A)

Final Notes: You had some well thought out towns, but I would have liked to see more houses and stuff. The snakes were awesome and scared the hell out of me when they suddenly slithered fast like real snakes. The people in them were somewhat believable. The wolves could've used some more speed. I could easily out maneuver them. I really like your battle animations. I did'nt like the sound effects. The mapping could use more detail. The battle system needs an extras.

Averaged score: (Not including gameplay) 7.5/10.

My opinion.

Oh! An interesting glitch I found:

Each time you jump one of them pits that require reflexes, you're going to have even less time to jump next time you encounter such a pit. To fix this problem, press F9, find the variable named "Time", and set it to zero.
