Charas has a junk bin so why not a bin for really good topics?

We have rules and regulations that cause them to be locked. But it's personal opinion of what makes something "good"

I've seen them before on websites. The topics put into the bin weren't really so called good topics but popular ones and topics that has helped shaped the fourm. Like an example would be, let's say Alex opened a new folder for flash games made by people. Well in the bin the topic that started the idea would be in the bin or some **** like that.

Exactly. Smo isn't a random idiot who just happens to have a stupid idea, this idea is one which should be concidered.

And, instead of jumping to conclusions, try to think. A bin is a place where you don't put random stuff in it, only stuff for which it was meant to be. Also, in a bin, you don't create stuff, you only put in stuff which are concidered not useful anymore. So, no posting rights in the bin, but there will be topics moved into there for several reasons.
