I need someone to post how to use the hard drive disk, the disk that deletes EVERYTHING. Like what to do, click on, and stuff like that.

Hm, what? You want to delete everything on your hardrive? I don't think you need a disk for that, just right click on your HD's icon in Windows Explorer and hit format.

Format is different than the disk. Format erased recycle bin too the disk install it back on take all the files and lets me start all over you fruit.

Are you referring to a program that can recover deleted information from your computer? Or one that does the opposite?

what i do is save all my system and program files to disks. then delete everything. Then I reinstall everything I saved. and BAM, new comp

He probably has some virus... If he has the windows install disk,then he can simply fomat the drive, pop in the install disk, wait a few hours... And BAM! Compy = Fixed.

I'm assuming you have the restoration CD that came with your computer when you got it, as you say:

It's actually self explanitory. Stick it in and it gives you simple instructions. In some cases you'll have to restart the computer with the CD inside of it for it to work properly, and then choose to run it as a boot disk.

The CD doesn't delete EVERYTHING, but usually gives you two or three choices:

1.Check for Missing System Files - Actually useless in comparison to the next item.
2.Reinstall System Files - Always a good first option if trying to fix a virus that has eluded you.
3.Wipe Harddrive and Reinstall System Files - If #2 doesn't work and you are really desperate and willing to have your stuff deleted, this will reinstall the OS and make it like it was new. If you can't bear to part with some of your crap, best to save it on a disk or CD or online before choosing this.

I had to do #3 a couple of times when I still shared this computer with my mum(before she got her own). I have this one alone for a half a year now. I never got a problem. Never spyware, never virusses. Never trojans. And my mum's computer, well... you can geuss that it's a little screwed up and very slow.

Yeah. Been there. Finally got my father off of the computer and my brother isn't that dumb. You wouldn't believe the crap my Dad did - he said he didn't like Firerfox and used IE, thereby getting popup viruses to invade even when no one was using IE.

I hate Firefox and use IE. I guess if you don't know how to stop virii properly, it's easier to get them with IE.
