I agree with Meiscool--it's sorta my fault that things turned out this way--all thanks to a joke gone wrong.

Blaze_Shinigani, Robotram, Mr. Mister...uh...whoever else is for my cause...thanks for defending me, but I sorta brought this upon myself.

While I'm at it, I also agree with Meiscool on the fact that I've barely posted any info...then again, please refer to the ginourmous posts that, I cuote from...uh....I forget-his-name, are too long. I gotta be honest--I don't have much time to spend in this forum--I came here to see if anyone would like my game. But, also, it's like I'm a third wheel here. Some people are arguing, saying, 'WTF?! He's put Sailor Moon in the game?!", others are "I'm sorta against fanfic games because their unoriginal, but I like your originality, kid' (Archem2 has had my head spinning with that post--I don't get the message...), while others are saying, 'Lay off on the nOOb!'. I mean...didn't  anyone notice my character bios? Nobody feels like saying, '...This 'Akiko' dude....uh...[such and such question about his personality or something else ]?'


Look--I'll be honest: just tell me if you like it or not. Suddenly, I just don't give a damn anymore. Okay, I've seen everyone...well, Meiscool's game, anyway--the one with the boss and all those little flames running around--and I must admit, those games look like a really well-made, Squaresoft game for SNES, while mine look like a really weak, obscure-compnany-cash-in-game made for the GBA, based on a show nobody liked. I know half that statement is true, but, hey, like...someone else said, it's the turnout that matters, right? And, come on! I am a nOOb! I can't even work variables!  So look...just tell me what you think, and to those interested, say so, that way, once I get chapters 1 to four done, and the Beta Testers try it out, I'll send 'em, so you can play it.

To those who are for my cause, don't worry about the "negative" messages. I figured that that would come up if I put Sailor Moon in a game--just didn't think InuYasha'd get me in hot water, too. I'm gonna keep up with this game. But, if it turns out that only, like, two people like this game......well...just know, I got a stand-by (and if that don't cut it...another stand-by is waiting).

So: what's the verdict? Masters, place your votes, and let's end this mess.

I didnt read most of the posts, but I will say that fan games seems noobish, and get ripped on a lot on this forum. I say if you have a good idea go with it.

There is no "inviting it on yourself". People are allowed to say your game sucks. That's their opinion and they have a right to it. What they're NOT allowed to say is that you're a jackass, or a bastard, or a moron, or any sort of random unprovoked personal insult like that.

Doing it once won't get you in too much trouble, but if the moderators notice repeat behavior from a certain person we will not tolerate it forever.

mmmmmm thanks for promoting your game in my thread, its cool though I don't care...um hmmmmmmmm yes this game....mmmmmm yess...and everyone's all like fangames suck...mmmmm yes...you have a problem with continuous use of the PERIOD I have that problem too.  I can see you try to show your text-based emotions off with the periods and pauses.  Comedians do the same thing, right before they throw a curve ball, but I find it doesn't work so great on the computer.  And your game I don't see the real goal of it, I ask why.  Why would you put random characters in a game, anybody can do that, I ask you please if you feel like your wasting your time please just go outside, I find joy in programming because I realize what I'm actually doing and I'm not sure you do, but I dunno...life's short kiddo...I found the greatest friends this year, just go find them, not like those friends where you just talk about useless things during the day and choose to laugh at select jokes, but friends that you can emotionally relate too, I don't like care anymore about being seen as some man, I cry now when I feel the need to, I've changed my life because of my friends of course you won't find any friends like mine because they are the greatest people in the world and I love them.  

I can't believe I went into a speal about friendship, maybe you do have good friends.  "Indie" kids that aren't bastards, and exclusive are understanding and make good friends.  Listen to what they believe in you may find something so heartening there that you may find wasting your time on a game, you think yourself you should be shot for, isn't worth spending a year or two of your probably 60 years left to live of a life on.  You know what you probably will be doing in those 60 years left to live, going to school for the next 10 years.  Finding some crap major in college which would not benefit in the real world, having to find a job unrelating to that major to pay off learning that major, then used that left over money to supply companies with that money by buying there products, just so they can then supply jobs for other people in your situation.  How many years do you say that is, 40?  Do you want to spend 40 years of your life doing that.  Wait a second...what does that have to do with your rm2k3 game?  Oh I lost track uh just don't waste your time.
