For those who doesn't know what a tournament is (if any) I'll post a picture right here.

Of course our tournament will hopefully be a lot bigger than this.

I'm going to ask you all, what would you like to see... a voting system that decides the winner or judges once again?

Voting might take a long time, but judges can be bias.

You already know my opinion Robotam, but to tell the people, I favor having Judges.

Judges are always a good idea. They're used in most, if not all, contests. Beauty, bodybuilding, routine, videogames, talent shows, amongst others. My two cents.

Well, I believe I've gotten enough support and feedback on the idea, so as soon as Robotam gets on MSN while I am and we sort out a few more things, I guess we'll start this.

Voting can be biased too :)
I think judges work, as long as they are impartial.

BUMPED!!!

on note, people are not following the threal map submitting thing on the other thread.

on other note i like how the tournament thing looks

You can always pick ppl at random (do a name drawing :D)and match them and judge them.
This way can very much also get the best out of the rest.

hopefully you'll do it this way.... it's just so different from other ways that is cool. and well different.

I also want a thread to comment on =/ what fun is a contest if you're only gonna watch and not tlak about itin within the arena.

Yeah, this is really meant to be the talk thread. And the other one just for submitting maps, but people won't listen to me.

You're right Kiju, that's pretty much the way it will be. I'm going to have the judges announce one battle at a time too. I'd like to call that 'top grade A tension'.

Me and Meiscool is pretty much the mods over the contest.
