It's unclear to me as to why you're posting a link to one of my costume designs in your request. I'm assuming it's because you want a recolour of it. If I'm wrong, then I apologize.
Please do not use my costume designs in the future. Especially without telling me.
I spend a lot of time coming up with these and I'd rather they're for my game.

It's the internet. This is what you get by sharing. People can do what they want with your creations now. It technically no longer belongs to you.

Mei, whether you show it on the internet, or show it in a gallery, art is still the property of the artist. It is something personal that they have chosen to share (to some extent) with other people. It does not mean that they want people to use their art without permission.
What he was planning to do was plagarism, plain and simple, and it offends me. If I wanted people to be using my art, then I wouldn't have watermarked and signed it.
And I know it takes .5 seconds to realize it, but I decided to be polite and give the benefit of the doubt.

If someone took one of your maps and used it in their game, I'm sure you'd be bothered by it too. Especially if they didn't ask you permission first.

I know he can be difficult to unerstand, but I'm fairly certain LW wasnt stealing your art, he just wanted the hair of his sprites that color. Until he requests for a costume like that, don't make any acusations.

He requested blonde hair. The drawing has a girl with brown hair. Unless he randomly felt like posting a link to my gallery, I don't think that that's the case.

Y'know, there are tones of blonde other then blinding sunlight blonde. That looks like a dirty blonde to me. It was  basic request. I believe it to be something along the lines of "I want blonde hair like this" then he posted your pic as a color reference then posted the charset to edit.
