Can Anyone Tell Me How Anything I Should Add To Make My HP Bar Look Better , Please I Really Need Help.

humm, maybe a little bigger, but it looks ok, maybe the idea of adding an image to represent the hp and mp in front of the bars...Some games do that and it looks nice. But plane bars is just as good.

Change it into a sword, or something else which has meaning in your game. Maybe there could be no bar, but instead a couple of symbols or kanji? Or definitely something bigger as Arcangirl said. You can do a bit of research to find relevant items.
