Leaders feedback V.3
« on: May 13, 2006, 08:39:38 PM »
Yeah, it's been a while now and I'm curious enough to make yet another feedback thread.
We all know a couple of updates in the staff team accured in these last months and I'm thinking you have lots of new criticism to share. Bring it on!
Anyway, here's the list of the leaders I want you to comment on:

Saikar
Kijuki_Magazaki
Razor
Darkfox
FFL2and3rocks
Warxe_pheonixblade
Robotam
Midnight
Ace of Spades
PyroAlchemist

Same rules as always, give us feedback.
Just write a small comment next to or under the staff members name.
And no mod bashing, feel free to tell us if we're doing something incorrect, but saying "you suck" as not a good way to do that.
Also, I will keep in mind the feedback you give me, if you want me to be a better mod, I can be better mod... Just tell me what I'm doing wrong and I might change it. And when I say that I think I speak for all of us staff members.

No, need to talk anymore. Start the feedback!

Saikar-
We miss you! Please come home!

Kijuki_Magazaki-
No problem here. Nice work, Kijuki.

Razor-
We never thought the Charas clown would be a mod, but... no problems yet.

Darkfox-
I see him once in a while, not much to complain about.

FFL2and3rocks-
He's on often, no problem.

Warxe_pheonixblade
Don't see much MOD activity from this one.

Robotam-
Sometimes his avatar matches what he says.

Midnight-
Nice job dealing with the Trolls. I've seen what you told Lucy. XD

Ace of Spades + PyroAlchemist -
Haven't been mods long enough for me to judge them.

Saikar:
Made a few choices I didnt think wise in the past, but Over all good admin. Hope he comes back soon.

Kijuki_Magazaki:
Doing a great job for just becoming an admin. Plus he shows respect to members which I think is a good thing for an admin to do.

Razor:
Not a bad mod, Not much to say since I havent seen much of his works. (as in I havent seen it, doesnt mean you havent done stuff.)

Darkfox:
I think he is doing a good job, but havent seen much of him lately.

FFL2and3rocks:
Great job! If I miss something in a post and I go off, he tells me nicely what I should have done and I can correct it. Thanx

Warxe_pheonixblade:
Not sure what all he has done, but I havent seen any bad things.

Robotam:
Been a good mod from what I have seen.

Midnight:
Past issues, I hope we can over come, I have seen some great things from Midnight. Good Job  :flower:

Ace of Spades:
Just became a mod, but from what I have seen in his threads, he is doing good. It is still too soon to comment on much.

PyroAlchemist:
Also new mod, and I havent seen all he is done, but still too soon to comment.

Ace isn't doing what I'd like him to do, but he's preventing arguements, so I have to throw him that bone.

Feedbacks? It's not like it actually matters but I might as well say what I think.

Saikar: Great when he's around. A pity he's...absent...in a way.

Kijuki_Magazaki: Random admin goodness. Enough said.

Razor: Every community needs a buffoon.

Darkfox: No complaints here.

FFL2and3rocks: No complaints here either.

Warxe_pheonixblade: Never saw him in action...

Robotam: No comments, All of All has gotten awfully calm.

Midnight: The mod with a temper. I like that. Thumbs up here.

Ace of Spades: Brought some order to the games forum. Good job, so far.

PyroAlchemist: No comments, rarely ever go to Creative Arts.

Saikar: Stern, but knows a good joke.  When he  purposefully left, **** got out of hand, which is basically proof that Saikar is the one.

Kijuki_Magazaki: Also fun, after leaving and coming back (in two weeks more or less like I said XD), he has been on the ball.

Razor: I dunno. He does stuff.
Darkfox: Where did you go?
FFL2and3rocks: Doesn't have much to do; give him another forum!
Warxe_pheonixblade:  Love this guy... also doesn't have mcuh to do.
Robotam: Probably most active as of late and in somewhat in retrospect.
Midnight: Funny, and sort of lenient.
Ace of Spades: New, good luck!
PyroAlchemist: New, good luck!

I'd say you have all your bases covered. Some mods don't have to anything in their assigned forums, which is a good thing I suppose, but why have them? I guess there's more to it.

Yeah, like what happened to it?

I like what Ace of Spades did to the games forum, except I don't like the rule that if a topic is kicked that it is deleted. Sometimes it takes longer than a week to make a significant update, and it's a waste of time to make a new thread. Some random spammer might just kick it on purpose so that the topic is deleted.

Read it a bit more carefully, it says it'll result in the "post" getting deleted, not the whole topic.

All righto... This is not how the threads looked when GC and Kijuki made them...
So what is it? ..Do I need a beard? More instructions to the thread? Or a threatning hammer?
