Can't provide links. Illegal. But for GBAs get Visual Boy Advance and for SNES get ZSNES. Best ones. Dunno about PSX emus though.

I personally haven't found a PSX, working or not.  How ever, I do know of one that plays cd-roms on the computer.  I'm not positive if it's legal, so I will not provide a name.

HOOOOOWEVER:

Oooog's Recommendation:

I would recommend springing for a "Tv Tuner Card" such as WinFast.  With this, you may convert your computer into a TV, and you may also hook up systems to it.  It's a one time fee, but it is well worth it.

It's only the actual ROMs that are illegal IIRC, and that's only if you don't own the actual game.  ePSXe can play directly off of PS1 CDs (with correct plugins), so I don't see any legality issues with that one.

No, its only legal if you dump the rom yourself. Just dl'ing the rom even if you own it is still illegal.

I've found working PSX emulators. I used to use them at school before I graduated.  Roms and emulators are all over the net. The fact that you asked means you aren't looking hard enough.

psxeven, epxse  for playstation.
you might have to find the right bios too.

I mainly used MAME32 back when I did.  It's acrade.
