I suggest you getting Beck. It´s a small series, so you won´t have a hard time getting it, and it´s the best anime series I´ve ever seen.

I collect guitar picks.

I use bass picks, jazz picks, mini picks, and regular shaped picks of various thicknesses to get different strums and sounds.

I've got 2 bass picks, 1 Jazz, 1 fender mini, 1 other dude's mini, a whole bunch from Playford Music Co., a wierd one by Dunlop, a felt-covered pick, and some others that escape my mind at the moment.

Strangely, I also used old Pokemon coins for picks....
