The first was fine, but not really sequel-worthy. I can't believe they're making athird one! Who even watches those Spiderman movies? Studies show that the theatre in my town never got a single ticket sold for Spiderman 2.

Are you nuts, man?

Spiderman 2 was one of the few movies where the sequal was actually as good and perhaps better than the original! Which isn't easy because the original did rock.

And there's only one upcoming movie I care about.

Spiderman 2 was awful. Too much angst got in the way. The first was well paced between character development and action. The second had the character development totally dominate the movie except for one very good action scene (the train one, the rest were crap) that couldn't salvage the 2+ hours of total mind-blowing "omg mary jane omg life wah no job wft losing my powers" BS that somehow got people to not leave the theatre. Yeech.

Batman Begins is cool. Jack Nickolson was AWESOME in the first one. The entire rest of the original batman was cheesy except for th Joker's pretty much constant laughs. Hee hee... if they can pull that off again it'll be a good movie.

Yep, Spiderman II sucked. I agree with everything Sai'kar said, actually. Good thing I didn't pay for it! It was the demo movie at Circuit City for  jumbo plasma screen TV with surround sound and stereo speakers. The plot moved poooriteeee slow. I might see III. I kinda liked the Batman movies of the 60's. How it was all campy and stuff. I loved the screen transitions. Dan anana deeda loo!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is Chewbacca. Chewbacca is a Wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk. But Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor. Now think about it; that does not make sense!

About Cage's bad naming: Hell, I'd name my son Solid Snake if my cat wasn't called Snake already. And if I had a son. And if I had a wife, for which I'd need a girlfriend on which I'm working on.

About Ed's bad taste in movies and seeing that his whole town is full with Spidey-hating emos (Population of that town: 1.):

^ 'nuff said.

WTH? When I showed you the fake trailer I think you said the second movie was better than the first.  :|

I liked Spidey 2 and I don't really care what the rest of the humanity think, as long as something pleases me it's good.
Spidey 3 will be much darker, and I'm guessing that's a good thing (at least for me :)).

Spidey 2 COULD have been really good, but the plot WAS way too slow and pretty much everything Sai said. Except when all the New Yorkers said they wouldn't spread his identity. YEAH RIGHT. A hundred people or more on that train and not one snitch? That scene seemed like a cheesy attempt to appeal to New Yorkers.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High > all these comic-based movies

And I think that WTC movie is coming out soon, too. N. Cage plays a fireman or something.
