Menu request

Would someone be able to make a cool Menu for me? Like jsut the border and stuff, I can fill in the rest as needed. I jsut can't think of a cool border, nor have the ablility to make one.

Well, hmmm. I want to  have the borders a gold color, preferably a darker hue of it. Then, on the corners have A cool little design, like something you would see in Celtic desgins, such as the following picture.

But at the center have it have an orb the color red.

Ohh and seperatly have a picture of the cursor which should look like this (except horizontal)

Color should be goldish, but have an orb at the center of the cirles which is red.

The border should be thick enough to be seen.
