Someone stole it, and put a fake there. Prolly so tom wouldn't know it was missing. A lot of people thought it was Sirus' brother who did it. But the guy is dead, and the initials dun really match up. My guess is she's gonna make some new character.

Rowling said he's dead. No magic or whatever can bring him back. The only reason voldie came back was because he spilt his soul seven times, so he's pretty much immortal. To do this, one needed to do the greatest sin/evil of all. And that was murder, Dumbledore isn't the type to kill. <.<
