Um.. in some places.. yes it is against the law. But what they really did was ban smoking from bars/restaurants. I believe Jersey did it... forgot..

It is illegal to smoke in public buildings in Canada.

Or Ontario, I'm not sure.

A smoking ban in public areas was passed in Ohio, recently. Doesn't really apply to me, seeing as how I don't ususally smoke in public places.. I wonder about music theatres, though...

As if that's gonna stop people from smoking in front of the entrance. Smoke will find it's way inside reguardless.

Since this is a topic about smokin.. I have a question.. am I wrong for liking that one song... "You don't always die from tabco, sometimes you just lose a lung" hm..?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure.  As long as it is an enclosed place with people in it, it is banned there.
