They look very pixellated. Looks like you saved them as a JPEG before - which is never a good idea with RM resources.

EDIT: Also, please keep your work all in one thread. It's not necessary to have a seperate thread for every resource.

bad resizing of objects on ms paint I guess. I took each object from the drawing which was scanned to paint and resized them to 16X16 and put them in the proper places for the charaset. That must have been what happened. :x

character maker 1999
or Idraw and check out some tutorials.
Theres an... Ok one just recently posted for
character Sets..
I however didnt find it usefull...

This is why Programs like GIMP come in handy. The resized pictures are not always clean though and end up blurred if you resize the picture to be too small, but it takes less time than resizing everything with Paint, or redrawing them.
