...Why did you attach that error message? It doesn't say anything about what happened, and is thus useless. My only guess is that it could be trying to access a map that doesn't exist, but I think you'd have gotten a more specific error message for that... Double check where the teleport event for the room exit takes you to. And if that fails, perhaps you have a fault copy of the program? I'd wait until someone else says something, I'm not too knowledgable about bugs or errors from the program, as they rarely happen to me.

I sent you another PM with some more suggestions. However, this error looks like a Windows-generated one, not one from the RPG_RT itself.

What version of Windows are you using? And have you updated or installed/uninstalled anything in the past while (around the same time this message started)?

DON'T use RPG Maker 2003 on a Windows 2000 computer, or else time will be distorted and errors like that will occur forever. BELIEVE this, heed this, and listen to ME: don't use rpg maker 2003 on Windows 2000.

Weird, I've been doing it since 2k3 came out.
Maybe you're wrong? Yeah, that seems likely.

well I tried everything to get it to work. I went through every event that I have in my game including all the bonus stuff in my developers room. I went through the entire database thinking that it was something wrong with the common events. I realized that I had put a switch in the battle in the same room that the game crashed. When I deleted it it had run perfectly fine. so a word of warning to all, don't put a switch operation in the middle of a battle to try to turn on an event on the next map.

Have you tried deleting your System32 folder?

No? Good.

I suggest saving all your game files from the directory (Except RPG_RT, obviously) and then reinstalling RPG Maker. Make sure to put the RPG_RT file in your game's folder once you do so, or it won't work.
