A: Don't bump after 2 minutes
B: Be more specific. "I Need help making a game" is far too general. What area do you need help with?

Just saying "help me" or "I need assistance with everything" doesn't cut it.  We can't effectively help you unless you're more specific.

My advice is to try out the program, see what does what.  The best way to learn in the beginning is with trial and error.

Trial and error is pretty much the best way. You can look to see how the sample game was made, that usually helps a lot, if its rmxp, i dont think it comes with a sample game though. Just play around and see what happens, once you have a more general idea on how the system works, you can ask how to do more specific stuff.

No one can explain the entire system to you.

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN

Read the help file if you have it. It's rather thorough.

Rm2k3 and rm2k are set up almost exactly like rmxp, so they're all easy and fun. Only differance is that rm2k3 comes with a lot more built in features than rmxp (such as face graphics, a side view battle system, etc). Though all those things can be added into rmxp through scripts, but those aren't always easy to add if you have no idea what you're doing.
