Legend off rirue demo done

Ok I'm editing this whole post. Here we go.

Once long ago there exsited a land called Tiron. This land had many races and forms of magic. It was a blessed place stuck
in a Golden Age of Prosparity. But one day a great king called Novia sent forth his armies to wipe out a race called the Tapas. No one knew why he wanted to elimante them but he could not reject. After decades of war between humans and
The Tapas the battle ended. The Tapas were completly elimanated as they were no match for the surperior human forces. But the people did not like this. Somehow Novia did not age one bit an he seemed to desire for more blood. They captured him
and left him in a desert to die. But there was a crystal beside him. He embodied this cristal into his hands and it granted him abilties unlike any humans. The crystal was given the name, Crisma Cristal. He made it back to Tiron, and with his new found powers he slaughtered village after village taking his revange. He created an army out of pure evil and cast a shadow over the world. The shadows were said to have stopped the flow of Crisma in the world. The Crisma Tree could not produce Crisma and the world cried for help. The rest of the story is unknown.

[spoiler] After years of hard ships on Earth it seemed like Novia would never die. The Six Spirirts of Earth fell before his power. So they did all they could. They went to the Temple of the Gods and summoned The Great Gods that made the land. A Goddess sent a sword from the sky down to Earth. This sword was embodied with a crystal called, The Goddess Crystal. The sword was named The Sapphire Sword. The spirits took the most worthy man that they could find and sent him to slay Novia. But Novia had done something. He created a beast out of shadows and called it, Weapon. Weapon was a creature made from pure darkness. When the hero appeared in Novia's Castle, he slayed the evil lord. Weapon absored all the darkness everywhere becoming stronger then anything in the universe. Somehow the hero used all the Crisma in the world and slayed the beast. This is the legend past down through time. After many years it was forgotten. But some speak of Novia's son, who wishes to revive his father and the great Weapon.[/spoiler]

In the present day a world wide war is going on. Clans control the land and mercanaries are everywhere. But in the midest of this time, dark forces are working behind the scenes hoping to revive the age old ruler.

Charecters:


Rirue laguna.  (e is silent)
Age-16
He is quite timid and does well to hide the fear. He does not like authority and is quite juvinile. But he can keep his cool and follows missions perfectly. Although he seems to crack jokes at the worst time, he is laid back and proud of it.


Illyana telis
Age-16
She is fun loving girl. She is very smart but keeps to herself. She has a tendancy to never break a rule. Rirue is always telling her how to have fun. She seems to have a crush on Rirue.


Kiran desku
Age-21
A skilled thief and the leader of the hell knight's clan. He is very moody and set off by even the slightest remarks. He never seems to laugh and never says a joke. He seems to think of Rirue as a punk. Raised as an assassin he leaves his past in secret.


Septhan Tisaya
Age-17
The most outgoing person you will ever meet. He listens to no rules and does things his way. He's not the person who thinks of a battle plan. He's a kill everthing in your path kinda guy. Quite skilled with a blade he makes a powerful ally.

The story and characters are so cliche' you could laugh, but if you don't care about that then I wish you the best of luck with the game.

Looks good so far, though I don't have the time to play it.

I played your demo, and I'm going to give my honest opinion:

It's not too bad. The maps were nice, and you had some interesting systems going on.


However, the game still needs some work, primarily in the spelling and grammar department(I REALLY hope that "cristals" is intentional). You made many, many mistakes when writing the script, sometimes making  the story incomprehensible. Fix this problem, and you're well on your way.

The story is somewhat cliched, but don't let that deter you too much. I really think you may have some good opportunities here.

Er thanks guys.I know my script is sora chliched.I kept thinking of all this kewl stuff and kept trying to fit it all in.IT changed a lot from the orginal script.And to top it off I never even wrote my new script down.I plan to edit thee first demo quite a lot.And lmao i'm not a gunit artist.I,m a g unit guitarist.

okay.  i'll look at the demo after our high school's musical and our marching band practices for Disney are over.  Basically sometime after April 5.    doesn't Canada have 2 official languages? English and French?  Nevermind.

This is so ludicrously cliche, that I want to bite my head off. The spelling is horrendous, and the characters and dialog are bland and silly.

Ok somebody tell me how to make them not blend.I ve heard enough.I no god at deitails and i have 30 minuts of internet then im off for a week or 2.please tell me how to describe better.THey r not bland i just cant describe.Also i am getting my pro speeling frind to edit the mistakes for me.The non spelling mistake ershion will be out next time im on internet.I tried to fix them all fast but its hard without internet or testers.

Well, first, you need to either learn to use a keyboard, or learn to spell. Your problem roots from one of those two things.

Secondly, just... THINK. Think of stuff which nobody else has thought of before to put in your game. Don't do the same things over and over again. Who wants to play things that resemble games of the past, when they could play games that expand on ideas that very few designers have ever thought to use.

Come to think of it, I bet you'd work incredibly well with anybody who is literate, and can write stories. That way, he can type the script, and you can insert the design elements such as animations and graphics. Then your game would probably rock more.
