Ok, today I was in class with one of my friends. She is an attractive girl, but she has a boyfriend.
Well, I was sitting there while we the morning announcements were on, and she asked me if I would go to prom with her, since I did not have anyone to go with as of yet.(Prom is in May)
I inquired as to why she wouldn't be going with her boyfriend, and she said that she thinks they will break up soon, or around April.

How she knows this I don't know, but what would you guys do if you were in this posistion.

I'd just go to prom with her. I'd eventually ask about the boyfriend though. Did you see him kissing on her or anything afterwards?

I'm gonna probably just wait a little and see what happens.
I only say this because, this kid is like 70 pounds heavier then me and all muscle.

What I see happening is, they dont break up, and you get fucked over.

Yeesh, tough spot you're in. If you say no, you might hurt her feelings, and you might lose any chance of hooking up with her that you might have right now... If that's on your mind, that is. But if you say yes, this guy'll definitely take it the wrong way... Tell her about your concerns, then try and get her to either end it sooner (if that's what she really wants), or have her try to get him to know about her plans involving the prom. Then he'll know what's going on, and whichever way the wind blows in the end, you'll be in a better spot, no matter what happens.

Dont go without straight answers. If she cant give you a REAL answer instead of "we might break up in a month", then dont waste your time.


Prom is going to suck. I have a date and all, but I dont want to wear a tux.  IM just wearing jeans and a button up shirt. The only reason Im even going is cause my GF is 12 grade. (I'm 10)

You're only in 10th? I thought you were in my grade...well I guess it doesn't matter since I'm only a junior, not much of a difference. I'm kinda going just to hang out with the guys..and girls. Then hit up some parties afterwards, then go to one my friends and I planned.

I've had to wear suits before. I did a Mock Trial thing at my school. They are cool, I just hate wearing them for longer then an hour.
