I'm glad I didn't have high expectations when I saw this movie. I thought it was pretty mediocre at best, though I did enjoy some parts of it (Peter strutting down the street to the dismay of the women passer-bys).

For how long the movie was (and rather slow moving for that matter) you'd think they'd be able to make me give a damn about the characters. I can quite enjoy drama, but they just didn't deliver well for me. *shrugs*

hahaha, I thought it was going to be utter crap and I only went because my younger brother was going for his birthday... But because of such low expectations, I was actually pleasantly surprised :p

There were some crappy parts, and bits of it that weren't explained at all, and the characters all behaved really oddly and out of character, And venom could have done with a bigger part, but to be honest, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it'd be. My family are all weirded out because usually I over criticise films and I was perfectly happy with this one XD

Love the hairs and the look but damn that movie was a major disappointement. After so much hype, they failed (BADLY) to deliver.

If you want to watch a good movie, avoid Spiderman 3 like the plague.

It sucked, but I didn't hate it. I will say a few things though.
Pros:
~They did show the tongue, but it was only for a second.
~They had Gwen Stacy. I don't read the comics but I like seeing little things like this.
~They had the Sandman. Personally I thought the water-guy would've been better, but my dad remembers Sandy from the comics.
~The Sandman emerging after transforming was beautifuly done. It didn't look real at all, but I still liked it.
Cons:
~They tried to do too much with this. I wish they had cut one of the villains out.
~They only showed the tongue for one second. As others've said, Venom was too small.
~For the love of God, I wish they'd stop marketing the Emo clique. Even if one of them has muscles, they are not scary, and cannot kick your ***. I have first hand knowlege of this.
~Venom called himself "I" instead of "We." I'm PISSED.

It seemed like Venom was going to be in the fourth movie, but they they quit and squished them together. I wanna go see the pirate movie.

Venom not only said "I", he also answered to the name of Eddie Brock. The original Venom would've said "There isn't Eddie Brock no more, for now we are Venom." or something around those lines.
 It sounds cool, to me.

And i think he would say "There is no Eddie Brock. Now, we are Venon." And he should be stronger. That small venom made me angry!

A do meio, que imita japonês é "Far East" ou algo assim, tá em algum lugar por aí. As outras vieram de default no windows, mas eu não sei se estão em todos os windows.
Outra coisa, onde você achou isso? Já faz anos que eu não uso.

About the movie, and just pointing the biggest, most gruesome thing in the movie, and which I just noticed:

SPIDERMAN DOES NOT USE SARCASM FROM BEGGINING TO END.

Can you even grasp to imagine Spiderman without sarcasm or any form of taunting his enemies? Well, this movie does so.

There. That will teach all you dicks that ruined Naruto, 6th Sense, Death Note, and other movies/animes for me.

Great, I read that.

EDIT: But from the reviews, I just might spend my money on Pirates 3 instead.

I just got back from the theatre. Personally I thought it was good. Not the best of the 3, as it seemed like they should have made it 3 AND 4, but smashed it together, but I still liked it. I've always loved the show, and Venom is my favourite character in Spiderman, and 2nd fave villain of all time (behind Vader)

I agree, Venom should have been played by a bigger guy, and didn't act correctly at the beginning, and his voice was wrong, and he had the black spiderman webbing (that never existed anyways). I was disappointed by Venom, but, here's something I'd bet on

VENOM DIDN'T DIE!

They made you think he did, so he'll come back in his own spin off movie, which I've heard rumours about.

And there is probably not gonna be a fourth movie.

And Spidey did use sarcasm, when he fought Harry and blew him up. It was a much darker movie I'll say though..

Gwen is the black cat right? She totally reminded me of her for the whole time.

Y'know, his name was never mentioned in the movie >_>
I'm surprised nobody has said this yet.
But I found it to be pretty good.
Except the ending. The ending sucked balls.
and not just regular balls, but big-***, hairy donkey balls.
Yeah. That bad.

There'll be 3 more movies, and yes, Gwen is Black Cat.

And I know most likelly Venom didn't die, but if they do bring him back, I'll hate them even more. I mean, if he doesn't dies, and has a movie of his own, what's even the point of putting him in this one?

You know how the movie should've ended? Here's my Spiderman 3 ending:
-Spiderman, still with black suit, goes to face off Sandman, alone. He is loosing and Harry appears for help in his own free will, Sandman accidentally kills Harry and go nuts, Spider eventually defeat Sandman, but not satisfied, Spider keeps kicking a downed Sandman. Sandman then tells the story of his life, and how it was an accident and all, Spider feels sorry for him, but the symbiote acts on it's own and tries to strangle Sandman.
Spider, after fighting the simbiote (mentally, that is), eventually let's Sandman go, and webs his way to the church, in which the whole scene of the simbiote fallin into Brock ensues, Spiderman goes away, Venom is born. He says something like "We are going to have lot's of fun togheter." then jumps at the screen.

 Credits roll.

See the white marks in the back of his hand? The simbiosis produces webs that are shot out of it.

And this is something interesting I found out when searching for images:

The Balls? Superman (DC) fighting Venom (Marvel)?! Now I've seen Aeverything!
