I still can't figure out what Despicable Ron is holding in that last panel...

Also, am I to believe that he sat idly by, eating various foods, watching Evil Ned play an ill-charged Nintento DS?

What Despicable Ron did with those items and during that time is for the courts to decide.

There's no real implication of when any of those things happened, whether it was minutes apart or complete days.
