Help. The offline version doesn't work

I've downloaded the offline version 3 times but it never works for me. The program opens and shows all the graphics but when I click on something (anything) it does absolutely nothing. It doesn't create characters like the online version. Does it not work with windowsXP? Please help if you can. Thanks.

i have windows XP and it works fine on mine never once had a problem with it. u might have got a jipped version or somethin hard tellin
