As for everyone planning to become the best guitarrist in the world, an idea:

Put your diferences aside, and make the first (succesful) all-guitar band in the world. I'd be your manager, and you guys could call yourselves The Charas or something stupid like that. People love those stupid names with background to them.

My recent plan consists of going to a trade school, learning a trade, beat my body to **** over the years and put all my money into bills and music. Hopefully, I'll die young. I want to at least become locally famous, and maybe when I die some big wig record producer will come along and like the sound of my music, find out I'm dead, and THEN I'll be famous.

That's realistically speaking, if I were to stretch it a bit I'd say I'm going to say, "**** college and school" and I'm going to just play music and become a legendary guitarist/song writer with my band. And I'm gonna tour the world, thrilling audiences every where, and when I get older, I'll have a reality TV show about my life and I'll have a music festival that tours the world named after me and T-shirts, and worshippers, my own ****ing church, and... and...

Actually, I wouldn't want half of that.

I'll just stick with trying to become locally famous, and if it goes anywhere after that, then so be it.

Oh yeah, and I really want to beat this list of games...

BoFII
Chrono Trigger
FF6
Demon's Crest
Secret of Mana (I got so far in this game, then just stopped)

I know, I suck, I join an RPG forum and I haven't even beaten half of the greatest RPGs ever.

Whoa, text block. :p

I've always loved band, but once I got to high school, it's been the only thing I've truly enjoyed about it! Music is my passion! Once I was a freshman, I decided on something in music.
I can't compose, so that's currently knocked out.
I don't want to go professional saxophonist.
I want to direct! I wanna' be the man behind it all!
I'm a pretty good conductor for my age, and I understand rythem and theory very well. To be able to pass it on to high school kids so that they can go out and do something great with their lives would just be so awesome.

Only differences for me is that:

A) I want to compose some music for my Marching Band.

B) I might try to play Clarinet/Oboe professionally.

C) I also want to help out with the drama clubs and such. :)

But, Basically everything else you said is the same for me.

A very hard question for me...

I've been thinking about that for a long time. I've always wanted to program games, more specifically design and create monsters and enemies for games :P

Then again, I've always had this fascination for bugs, and plants too.

So it's a complete mystery to me.

I've also noticed I have pretty impressive rythm, music-wise.

Lots of choices are open for me :)

That's a given for all guys.

Unlike everyone else, I have no prospects in art or programming.  I plan on going into chemical and physics engineering for a job, but still probably doing various programmings as a hobby, just because its fun.  Oh, and to get married, have kids, etc.

Now. Let's ride off into the sunset. But first, I need a cape.

Oh yeah, add that to the list. I need to wear a cape more often in totally inappropriate places, and learn to fence.

A friend told me it would be easier to get into an orchestra as an oboeist, because of the lack of them. But then again clarinets easier to keep in tune. But if you play both extremely well, i guess they might complement each other and you'ld be doubly good anyway/

Clarinet is much easier than Oboe.   But I like the Oboe because its a challenge.
