Works exactly like every other caption contest/game out there. Post an image (Link to it or hotlink onto the page, don't host it for the sake of Charas' bandwidth ). No porn or anything which shouldn't be on Charas ^_^. The next person to post posts an amusing caption to go with that image. They then post their own image. And so it continues.
