Public Announcement: Charaman Account Taken Over

Figured I'd make an announcement about it. Charaman's account was taken over recently by IPs matching Lord Raffles. After talking with Charaman about this we've banned the account.

After the eventually-in-a-few-years-soon-I-promise-server-move we'll have access to fix his password and give it back to him. In the meantime, anything he's said has been someone else talking as him, so don't hold it against the poor fella.

 Charaman stood for his beliefs, and the staff knew they needed to silence him, so they banned his account, making up this sorry excuse for doing so.
