Help with Facesets and chara's

Im trying to make a game with rpg2003  but the face i want won't work and the chara's dont work i made then with the offline version but couldnt get what i want so errr see for yourself what i did. . .

I still have a copy of the non messed up 1

Simply remove the eyebrows, it will look better already.

And for the beard, that is a hard part of the Rpg maker, I'm not sure you'll be able to get anything closer to the real person unless you perhaps make it lighter.

And the colour of the shirt should be fixed, or the colour of his shirt at least, they look pretty much the same...

Oh by thwe way, if that guy is Kyle then there is already a charset of him in the complete resources.
