Can you describe it better?
An angel is a person, in a white robe and bird wings.
A devil is a person with hooves and horns.

I saw no charsets on the complete resources with the name "angel" in it that had anything to do with sephiroth.

Um, he might just not know how to navigate to the complete resources. It can be kind of elusive.

It's also good to be very, very specific when you make a request. Just by looking at how vague and general this request is most people wouldn't have any idea of how to fill it; which means if you are persistent with this 'vague' idea you'll probably have better luck searching for a charset on google.

This is more or less a specific sub-forum for specific requests; requests that can more or less be filled. Not a forum for you to hire people to search the internet for you.

So sure, browse the complete resources; and sure, use the chara generator; but don't expect anybody to take your broad request and start pumping out images.
