I guess all these years I have mostly focused on my story's, I have made charsets too.So I guess those is what I'm good at.

A trick I use for database organization is to divide all my items into their respective classes, like SHIELDS 1 and SWORDS.  I also use breakers with these labels so I can find what I'm looking for more easily.  If that helps you at all, please send me $5.
