I've had my blood taken and shots and stuff, I don't run a mile when there's a needle. It doesn't mean I get over it. In fact, every time is much worse than the time before it >.>

It's all in your head. The thing that you relate to as "pain" is just the body's way of telling you that something just penetrated your skin.
There is no such thing as pain, those are just feelings connected to the outcome of them.
For example, having your hand above a boiling pot, you can feel the heat and it hurts because it's so warm right? Well no, you don't take any damage from it, your body is merely telling you that it is very hot, but you relate the feeling to getting burnt.


Anyway. No, I'm not afraid of needles, I can just think of something else and I won't even notice when they insert it. Although They sometimes pokes it on the right place. That can be quite annoying... But it's just not worth it around here.
