Graphics needed

I got photoshop today but im gonna need help before i can start making my own graphics.

Ok here's some things i need:

Chipsets:

    internet:

        I.E. clear basic icons and taskbars
        im using a mmbn chipset for it right now, looks kinda funny can take a
       screen if you want a good laugh.


Charset:

       main character charset, maybe this char with brown hair instead and casual  
      (modern) clothes (jeans, t-shirt)

Battle Char Set:

      Main character again, wield a small device (sorta like the megaman battle  
      network PET) ill post a device concept soon so hold on this one.

Aww, what a shame I was hoping that this character would not be a poopular one. I'll find a new one. I dunno i kinda like how he looks, do you think that a brown hair sauce-Suki will go unnoticed?

Erm, in charset form, I'm pretty sure he won't look recognisable anyway. Just find a different faceset and you'll be okay.

Ok, but you can make a character, that resembles him but with brown hair? In the mean time ill find another faceset.

What about the interet icons or even just computer/desktop icons all put into a chip set. I'm just learning how to put them together without screwing the map up.

I made a Sasuke charset awhile ago. Just take that and recolor if you want. I don't care.
