Soldier Mode
Picking the Hero named “Soldat” will Start Soldier Mode.  This means you only have Soldat as your Hero.  He has Pre-Set Equipment and cannot use any Equipment found in the Game.  He only has 1 Possible Ally to get named “Tankert”.  Tankert cannot be controlled in combat and acts on his own.  This game mode brings a new fun New Challenge to the Same Game.  Although if this is your first time playing the game, I would suggest playing it normally before Trying Soldier Mode.

Hints and Tips
Save Extremely Often. There are a lot of things that happen just as you walk around. Also there are a lot of Nasty enemies Spread even in Lower level areas. Most Nasty enemies will Prompt a “Are you sure you want to fight” Message, so you can atleast have a chance to flee.

Most Harder Dungeon Areas you CANNOT save so make sure your well stocked before you delve deep into a Dungeon. Although There will be Signs informing you that you cannot Save beyond this Point, so you should be well informed.

There are secrets EVERYWHERE. Even a Harmless rock might grant you loot. As with most RPGs, the harder more hidden secrets grant much greater loot than a secret that requires little searching.

Lock Picking is a very nice ability but in no way Key to Victory. It does yield some nice treasures and can help access new areas you normally couldn’t go.  Although there are [Lock Picking Tools] that will allow you to open about 75% of the Locked Areas. [Lock Picking Tools] are fairly expensive.

Similar to Lock Picking, Engineering isn’t Key to Victory, but it does open up some nice Options. Engineers can make themselves some pretty sweet equipment.  Also they can use Engineering things/objects (repair mechanical Switchs etc) Allowing Access to new areas you normally couldn’t go.

There are several statues in Times End that Provide Free Services to your Party. One Statue restores All Health and Mana. Another Statue Provides a Inspired Buff that Doubles Intelligence and Defence for a fair amount of time.

Almost everything you Loot gives some Experience. Chests and Secrets grant more experience than easily found Secrets/chests. So Finding Items/chests/secrets etc have Dual Bonus’s. Ooooooo Right!

I wouldn’t suggest selling anything you find in a Time Chest until you are sure it has no more Use. Some Time Chest Items are used in Powerful Crafting Recipes and yield some of the Better equipment in the Game.

Keep Your eye out for the Word “DARE”.  If something Dares you to do an action There is a reason.  Either a fight will happen or there is some Danger involved with the Action.  So Keep your eyes open for the wording. Example: “Do you Dare pull the Switch?”

Portals and Getting Around
When you get to Times End there is a purchasable Item Called [Times Almost Out] That will Portal you Back to Times End from Anywhere. I would Suggest always having Atleast one or two at all Times. Also In Times End there are Several Portals that open gradually as you progress further through the Game. There is also Two Items I think are beneficial to Have, [Teleport Rune] and [Teleport Scroll]. Both Items can be purchased in Times End. Using the Teleport Rune Marks a Spot permanently and using a Teleport Scroll will teleport you To that Runed Location.  You can only have one Teleport Rune Location Set at a Time but These Runed Spots can be placed ANYWHERE in the game, even in Areas that would remove your Ability to Save, making it a Powerful Tool.
A Good trick against a tough Opponent would be to Set a Teleport Rune, use a Times Almost out to get back to Times end, Get the Buff and Heals from the statues then Use a Teleport Scroll to get back to where you were.

Weapon Types
Different Weapons have Different Stats Obviously, but weapons also deal Certain Types of Damage. For example:
Swords/Axes Deal Slashing dmg
Daggers/Arrows Deal Piercing dmg
Maces Deal Bludgeoning dmg

These different Damage types affect monsters differently. For example:
Skeletons take less damage from Slashing and Piercing and more damage from Bludgeoning.
While Fleshy unarmored targets usually take extra from Slashing and Piercing.

Certain Weapon types also have common Bonus’s like:
Swords – Quick but Average.
Daggers – Tend to be quicker and have more attacks but not as much Power.
Maces – Slower but have a Higher Crit Bonus. Sometimes a Lower chance to hit.
Axes – Have a higher Crit Bonus. Sometimes a Lower chance to hit.

Weapons do not tell you their Hit chance so when using Axes or Maces especially, anticipate that it could be Lower. Usually if a weapon has a Fast sounding Theme They have a Higher Hit while Slow Themed weapons Will have Less chance to it.  Also AOE Weapons (Attacks all enemies per attack) Will also have a Less chance to Hit.

Some Special Attacks Require a Certain Weapon Type. For example: Backstab. Backstab Requires Daggers (piercing) to Use the Move. Without the Required Weapon Type equipped the Move Will be Greyed out and un-usable. Cleave is another example of this. Cleave Requires Slashing Weapons.

Abilities and Spell Levels
When you look in the Description of a Spell or Training a Spell/ability you will see SL and a number like, SL12 or SL20 for example. This Stands for Spell Level and the level the ability is. When deciding what abilities to Train or Use in combat be sure to look at the Spell Level. The Spell Level gives you a rough idea of how Powerful a Certain Ability is. An SL4 ability is going to be Dramatically Weaker than an SL20 ability would be.

Chests: Types and Colors
Chests come in all different Colors. Lets break ‘em down shall we?
Grey Chests: Garbage Chests. Contain Small amounts or money or Lesser items of worth
Brown Chests: These contain Decent Loot and Decent amounts of Money.
Red Chests: These are superior Chests. Containing More money or Better Items. Although Red chests are usually much harder to find or Access.
Blue Chests: These are Tick Time Chests. They contain Powerful Items of Worth. They are Rare and Scattered.
Purple Chests: These are Tock Time Chests. They also Contain Powerful Items of Worth. They are also Rare and Scattered.
Black and White Chests: These are Choice Chests and usually come in Pairs. You may only choose one of them to Loot and the Other will be Lost forever. Although They will tell you the names of what’s inside before you must decide which to pick.

The Tick Tock Clocks
The Tick Tock Clocks are scattered here and there in the World. You know it’s one of these Clocks if it says “Tick” or “Tock” when you click on them. Depending on what its set too (Tick or Tock) Special Chests appear around the World. Although you can only have one Type of Chest appear at a Time, so getting Both Tick and Tock Chests will require some Searching. A Helpful Tip though, The Tick/Tock Chests always Come in Pairs. So if you find a Tick Chest in an area, you know that there is a Tock Chest Somewhere Nearby. You will need to Switch the Clock over to find the other of coarse.

Buffs
Characters can only have so many buffs on them. If you find your Buff is giving a Miss! Then you are maximum buffed for now. Some Buffs Stack oddly (something I cant control, its an issue with RPG maker) For example: If you cast Battle Shout Before Inner Fury they will not stack. But if you cast Inner Fury Before Battle Shout they will stack. The Game eases you into most of your abilities so you shouldn’t have to worry about having to Test this, you should just get it as you play.

Debuffs
Most Debuffs and Buffs in this game have a small chance to dispel when Struck. Also Damage Over Time effects (DOTs) Cannot Actually Kill a Hero, but will reduce him to 1 HP.

These are some of the More Common De-buffs:

Poisons – Poisons Last a long time and Remain After Combat. Poisons get Harder to resist as they get more Powerful. Poisons can be removed with Antidote Potions and Remove Poison Spells. Robot Is Immune to Poisons.

Plagues – Plagues are an extremely Deadly DOT. They take huge chunks of HP and are very hard to resist. There are Spells to remove Lesser Plagues, although Greater Plagues require a lot more to remove. Plagues Remain After Combat, which makes them extremely deadly.

Curses – Curses are nasty De-buffs that have extreme Negative Effects on Stats. Curses Remain After Combat and last an extremely Long Time. There is a person in Times End who can remove Curses but its fairly Expensive. Likewise you can Learn the spell from the Person but it is Also extremely Expensive.

Bleeds – Bleed Effects don’t last as long as Poisons and have a higher chance to be removed when struck. Bleeds Deal more damage on Average than poisons. Bleeds are removed when combat ends. Lower Level Bleeds can be removed with Items like Bandages, although the higher level Bleeds are un-removable.
Some Heroes can remove Bleed effects from themselves with certain abilities, while Robot is Immune to Bleeds.

Burns – Burn DOTs Deal quite a bit of damage but don’t last very long and have the highest chance to remove when struck. There are items like [Bucket of Water] that can remove most Burns.

Pain – Pain DOTs are usually from Magic Spells Rather than Physical Abilities. Pains last a moderate amount of time and do moderate damage and have a very low chance to be removed when struck. Low level Pains can be removed with items like [Pain Killer Pills].  While high level Pains can be Dispelled. Pains do not remain after combat.

Sleep – As the name implies, it puts a character to Sleep. Slept targets cannot act. Slept targets Wake up when struck no matter what. Robot Is Immune to Sleep.

Stunned – Stunned Targets cannot make any Action. Stuns don’t usually last long and have a decent chance to be removed when struck. Aside from Certain Hero abilities stuns are not removable.

Confusion – Fairly self-explanatory. Confused targets random attack targets. Confusion has a high chance to break when struck.

Disarmed – While disarmed your Attack rating is halved. Although Disarms last a very short time, they have a very high chance to be removed per round.

Entangled – Entangled Targets take minor DOT damage and are unable to act.  Entangle lasts a decent amount of time, but has a high chance to break per round. Also Entangle has a very high dispel chance when struck.

Blind – Blinded Targets are unable to Act. Blinds don’t last very long and you have a moderate chance to recover per round.

Bosses
This game is brimming with bosses. Most Bosses in the game drop a chest when defeated. The Chest usually contains several items and you must choose one from the Chest. In addition, Most of the Stronger Bosses have a 15% chance to drop a super powerful item when defeated.  So the average player will find a few as they play through while the hardcore players can try a save and reload trick to try and kill the boss until he drops the Item.

Timed Events
There is a lot of Things that can only be done between Certain Times.  If you advance past a Timed Event it will be Lost forever.  Although Timed Events aren’t crucial to victory they can add some very nice benefits.  Most Timed Events will be activated randomly as you play through, so it can be very hard to locate These Events.

Alrighty. I'll tackle this wall of text tomorrow. In the mean time, take full advantage of this spam post, and find the hidden message.

Yes, I took the time to hide a secret message, but not to read the above.

In the middle of the council meeting place, you should have a table in the middle. It looks weird like that.

There is alot of movement in that middle area. it would be impossible to put in a table. The Room looks more complete if you saw the Whole room.

Your game does sound interesting, and I like the idea of all that extra stuff aside from the main story. But I'm not really sure if I like the idea that some people are named after their class. You could make up some names for them, or maybe you could add a name input thing, so the player can name those characters themselves. Just a suggestion. No offense I hope!
